Owning Pink's Pink Posse

Well Pinkies, here we are at the end of an absolutely extraordinary year - the best of my life. Owning Pink was born, we all found each other, and within the space of love we have co-created, the pink flames of beauty, authenticity, creativity, health, love, and MOJO are flickering brightly inside each of us.

There's nothing I'd love more than to ring in the New Year hand-in-hand with each of YOU, in a big Pink circle of love and celebration for all we've done, all we are, and all we have to look forward to. But since we're scattered across the country and the globe, I thought of another way we might do this.

With a three-year old, New Year's Eve isn't the rockin, raucous celebration it used to be (which is just fine by me!). Instead, likely will be spending sacred time in quiet reflection, which seems particularly appropriate for this year, and doing what I love most in the world: writing.

Which made me wonder: what if we all spent a few moments at the turn of the decade holding sacred space and expressing ourselves? What if we all started the New Year off by telling our deepest truth - whatever it happens to be in the moment - and knowing that other Pinkies are doing the same?

So tomorrow night, an hour, two hours, five minutes, or even 30 seconds before the ball drops, I invite you to steal away from whatever you might be doing, come to the energetic space of the Pink community, and just write. Write whatever is in your heart: a prayer, an intention, a rant, a letter, a list, a poem, a story. If you wish, post whatever came up for you here on the Posse blog.

Let's welcome in 2010 by doing what we do best - expressing what is deep in our hearts inside a Pink bubble of love, truth, and acceptance. With every word I write, I will be honoring each and every one of you Pinkies, and celebrating all the ways that, together, we have come alive this year.

Here's to us,

Lissa

While the blue moon was shining bright in the sky I created my first vision board. I felt propelled by the wonderful connections I have made here. After I finished my board, I lit candles and sat in lotus pose and stared at my board and meditated. I bid a farewell to 2009 and all that did not serve me.

I ushered in the New Year in quiet reflection and peace. It was so moving to me that I cried. It was tears of release for the old and then turned to tears of joy for what lies ahead. I am grateful for the love here that has let me in, in such a short time.

I look forward to learning from all of you, and growing with you. I wish everyone peace and joy. Let this be the year that we find our passion.
Love and Blessings

Under this beautiful blue moon, let the pink energy of love shine down upon all the Earth blessings us who still have so much to learn about sharing and growing, that this coming year will bring us an every more deepening ability to do so. May we all work together in peace and harmony, every day!
May we all work within, in peace and harmony too, every day, each of us fulfilling our life's passion and purpose!~

It is now 1:35 am on january 1, 2010. I am sitting here with a smile on my face, a smile I used to welcome the new year, and the smile is still here. It will no doubt still be here tomorrow. It's how I choose to live my life from now on, radiating my bliss.

I do hope that you all will make the same kind of choice. It is the one thing that will get this earth through the troubled times it is in now. For people to focus on their bliss in stead of on other people's misery, or on things politicians say to get more votes, or on things news media say to get more advertising money. It is the one thing people can do to truly choose life on this gorgeous blue planet of ours.

Goddess knows I have had my share of challenges in my life, and I can choose to hang in them, to live through them every single day of the rest of my life. I choose not to do that. I choose living in the moment, the ever lasting moment that strings together like a beautiful, sparkling necklace that is my life.

I choose bliss.

6 hours out before the official beginning of the new year.
this is as close as i will be to the computer for the rest of this year - I think.
so... i'm goin' for it now:
at this moment - my deepest truth
I am afraid.
Fear - I have been watching for the last two years and testing our ministry theory out - fear is the bases of all that separates us from God / Universe.
As I've looked at this for me personally I'm finding my biggest fear boils down to fearing myself.
Amazing. How can you fear yourself? I am experiencing the answers to that enlightenment now. And that my friend Lissa and fellow Pinkies - is a big deepest truth revelation for this year.
I'm excited to eclipse it with new courage and do my best to apply bravery to it.

I am going to write my letter now. I am going to this fabulous party around 7, so I won't be available after then until 2010! How cool is that?!

Dear 2010,

Your days have yet to begin and I can already basque in the radiance that you project. I know now that my mission for this upcoming year is to spread love, joy, passion, wellness, caring and wealth to everyone I come into contact with, whatever that may or may not look like.
I am blessed to be traveling the US from Pinkie to Pinkie loving you each unconditionally. Though I do not know the challenges I will be pressed with, the blessing I will receive or beautiful people I will encounter- I know my faith in God will provide me with all I need to triumph.
There is something inside of me that tells me 2010 is going to be a year of greatness for us all should we choose to accept our own individual purposes, talents and sacred contracts. It feels as though there has been a miracle, a shift in perception by those that surround me.

Cheers to you 2010, cheers to us!

What a lovely thought. A sacred ceremony of renewal through the written word. I will do my best to participate but given a house full of teenagers, I have no idea how that might look. Actually, I have a few moments of quiet now. Perhaps I'll see what comes up... Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating this place for us to be, to be seen and to see each other with eyes brimming love.
Love, Light and New Beginnings
