Re: cucumbers. i just relistened to the live juice calls. regarding the woman questioning the 15 cucumbers, perhaps, in the recipe the ounce amount of liquid FROM the cucumbers could be used as a guide OR an inch/diameter measurement could be suggested. the cucs i used yielded A CUP of liquid. only needed 6 ish to make the 96 + ozs needed for 2 days. just an idea that might clarify things for some. thanks tricia! (also, do you have a juice recipe you could recommend that includes beets?) thanks again!
