All you have to do is visit the site, read about the contest, and submit! No strings and nothing crazy. Just my desire to share your gratitudes with whoever may need to read them. So..let's play. Honor one of our Pinkies today

Hello Owning Pink World of Wonderful people!!

One of our pinkies submitted a story for a labor-of-love site I maintain called Find Your Joy. Would you do her the honor or stopping by and reading her story? It's a bit lengthy, so set aside a few minutes when you can to read her passionate journey of finding joy through grief.

Thank you friends. You can find her story right…

Kim,
Yes, that's why I sent it to you! (smile)
I'm definitely hoping to provide help, that's what I live for.
I go by Michelle, Lisa is my first name, Michelle being my second. (just so you know when you post my story)
When I first signed up to Ning, it was as a member of the ASPCA's message boards, & so I used my first name.
Ever since then I've been trying to change it so that only Michelle shows up, but it hasn't worked, so I show up as Lisa Michelle here on Pink Posse.
How do I get the rest of my info to you?
Unfortunately, the only way there is to get ahold of me is through PP, unless my email address is posted.
I do have a myspace blog, but I'm rarely there anymore.
I'm not trying to assume anything, but I'm wondering what to do since I don't have a Facebook & Twitter like most others do.
I've considered it, but I use a speech program called JAW's that reads everything for me. If there's capcias, too much macromedia flash, to many pop up windows or too much advertising, JAW's gives me fits & won't work properly.
So I'm fine with having my email address posted instead on the very off chance that someone might wish to get in touch.

Yes, I was very, very, very lucky. Everybody says Sadie's lucky, but so was I. I've only had her for a little over a year, but she's already helped me through my 65th operation (to try & close my cleft palate once again, it's only partially closed), the losses of my brother, a cat, another dog & my paternal grandmother.
So I'm just as lucky as she is, if not more so.

Abracadabra – 5 Wisdom Tips I learned from Jaden Sterling to Generate Wealth.

Recently I attended a seminar and Jaden Sterling was one of the speakers. He provided some great insights on how to attract money and create opportunities in your business and life.   Here are the 5 takeaways I learned from Jaden.1. Know what is your opportunity funnel. Your opportunity funnel defines your non-negotiable. It helps you decide what opportunities you are going to say yes to and what you are going to say no to with grace and ease without feeling guilty. It helps you filter the way…See More

5 Mindful Concepts to Say No

Many people have the problem saying not to requests, invitations and opportunities because they don’t want to feel guilty for disappointing others or they don’t want to risk burning any bridges. But if you take on too many commitments you end up being stressed, lose productivity, feeling resentful in knowing your time could have been put to better use in doing something you enjoyed. Here are some mindful tips and considerations to help you decide when to say no and how to say no. Value your…See More

Why Confidence is Not a Requirement - Part 1

Many people believe that having confidence is key to achieving goals. They believe that if they have confidence, then they can create the outcome they want. The reality is – confidence is not this thing that you must have. As Rich Litvin, a powerful coach who I follow says, to be successful “confidence is a result not a requirement”. When you are taking action to build your confidence, you are already in a sense “confident”.   Subconsciously you are just not aware that you are choosing to be…See More

That something that is WRONG with you is really what is RIGHT!

When you have a problem, there is not something wrong with you. When you cant orgasm how you expect to...When you gain a little weight...When you forget something important...When you are scatterbrained...When you snap at someone...When you burst into tears...When you stub your toe...Yes, you are having a problem. But your problem is not the problem. You problem is a symptom.Your body and your mind are working fine. It is not an accident. It is sending out smoke signals for help, saying, “Whoa…See More

Ready to Tame Your Inner Critic?

We often focus on nourishing our bodies, with fitness and nutritious food, and forget that to function at our optimal level and experience overall well-being, it is equally important to nourish our minds.Years ago I wasn’t doing either, and eventually I got stuck, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Physically, I had low energy; mentally, I was not growing; and emotionally, I was bored, resentful, and lost passion for life.Life became a monotonous routine.
