Yes, I think it was you posting a link on facebook about radical self care that led me to join. I love it. some great comments on cleansing. I have been really benefitting from consulting with John Joseph from Joyful Belly and you sent out a link to his site as well. I have done 4 consults with him on the phone. He is very knowledgable and patient in his suggestions, recognizing the human element and connection with nature. I'm slowly making changes that are having very positive results, I'm actually sleeping better which i thought would never happen. I love looking at you in your slide show as I type this....blessings and love to you this new year...Lori
