Why Ask Why?
Do I need to know WHY something happened?
Do I need to know WHY I feel this way?
Do I need to know WHY you did what you did?

Don’t Let Go
Hang on! Don’t let go!
Fear of falling is a basic fear we come into the world with, and it apparently sticks with us throughout life. And so we hang on for dear life, don’t we? Even when it’s time to let go.
Not everything needs to be held on to so tightly. What are we afraid will happen if we let go?
