HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL GODDESSES HERE and everywhere!!!  My energy is high and my gratitude meter off the charts. 

I had the most awesome experience in meditation yesterday.  I have had a reoccurring connection with the scene in Avatar when they are picking and flying their dragons.  I love that!  I love the metaphor of the initial struggle, the necessary connection (physical with their tails), the use of telepathy for communication, and the incredible ability to fly with a powerful being supporting you.  I WANTA DO THAT!  As I have gone back to that scene in my head and imagined the actual physical reality of it, I have always had this little voice say, "I couldn't do that.  I would fall off, but I really want to."  In my meditation, in a gentle wonderful way, Spirit flew me through what it would be like and I got this incredible insight about what it would be like to be truly connected and supported by this huge energetic being.  I got an experience of what is the truth of being supported by Universal Spirit.  It is like flying a dragon, a dragon that recognizes me, challenges me beyond my fear, connects to my energy, allows me to guide, and supports me with all the ferociousness and power of the dragon.  HOW GREAT IS THAT!  In my meditation, I got to feel that connection and support as we flew!  We did flips and went upside down and I was anchored and secure, relaxed and safe, supported and cared for. It was an amazing experience.

I am sending this out as a metaphor for us all.  We are anchored and secure in the pure substance of love, we can choose to live relaxed and confident knowing that we are completely supported, cared for, and guided.  Wow!  What a ride!  Choose your dragons, Ladies!  And jump with enthusiasm.  We ARE completely supported.

It was nice to read your wonderful feelings Valerie and I thank you for sharing them. Lately I have been under nothing but stress and it's brought out the worst in me when really it's just the Universe's way of giving me an opportunity to be compassionate and understanding. You, like so many of the wonderful people here, are a bright burning candle to help others remember. I cherish you!

And to all I wish a wonderful holiday season, whatever you may celebrate, whatever memories you may have with this season from now to the end of the year may they impart joyful lessons of faith and love to you!

To own my spirituality! I not only own my spirit, I remain loyal with my attention to it with a spirited devotion that is magic. As I step up and connect as often as possible, so does my Spirit. It calls me, comforts me, excites me, surprises me, cracks me up, and soothes me back together. I love this part of me, the spiritual part that is alive to all the magic that my limited eyes can't see. I am in such a flow with my spirit right now, I am almost having a hard time maintaining myself in this body. I want to laugh all the time. I want to hug people and tickle them and make them laugh. I want to dance and sing (and that's comical, as I have a rather strange rhythm) I want to stroke peoples hair and tell them how great they are. I want to act like a mischievous little fairy and move things, gift things, tear things up that are blocking love. I want to scream out, "Wake up and just love!" My heart is so open right now. I am in a total state of THANKSGIVING! Thank you. Thank you who ever you are that might read this. Thank you, my beautiful Mother! I miss you with skin on. Thank you Gaia for loving us so much. Thank you God, the God and Goddess in all of us. Thank you for life, for love, for joy, for beauty, for pain, for struggle, for mud and water, for fire and warmth, for ash and rebirth, for whole thing, the whole journey, all the texture and color, the cut of the rock and the embrace of the grass, for blood and tears, and mostly for tenderness and compassion, and now we are back to spirit and energy. Thank you, Dear Sweet Goddesses for being present on this Earth Plane, for showing up and coming for Heart Energy!

I'm seeking to share with others on this journey, and be uplifted and enlightened by they've experienced, or have my eyes opened to a new way of looking at something. I try to connect with spirit daily through meditation, reading something inspirational, or just doing what I can to be positive in the face of difficulty. Supporting others in any way I can is something I will always do. Giving is a gift in itself. I am so happy to be able to connect with others in this way! Blessings to all!!

If you are looking for an inspirational book I am reading "A Life Worth Breathing" by Max Strom. There is a focus on Yoga and if that doesn't interest it includes meditation ideas and relationships too. We are reading "The Four Agreements" for our book club, which read years ago but highly recommend it.
