What Inspirational Quote Most Inspires You?
On a recent (wonderful) blog post Lissa wrote, some of us started sharing the wisdom quotes that have inspired us personally. It was not only fun, but we found echoes of each other's inspiration in the quotes from others.
Post the quotes that inspire you below so we can all share. Here is my absolute favorite, and Lissa and I discovered it has provided guidance to both of us through time. Read her post about it here:

this is so true, and I am experiencing it now. Fear held me back, but now that my action is carrying me to fruition of my project (book), I have no fear.

I was watching a tv show the other day, it was about empowering young women. Towards the end of the show, it showed the panel of discussionist (all female) and one of them said, "Is that not so true, that women can achieve anything they want to now". I agree with that. Shirley Hubbard

What a relief. 12-step tells me to live in the solution. I have no solution. Therefore I cannot live, not without intense fear and wondering just how scrambled IS my DNA that I can't live like a normal person in this world? Thanks.

My favorite quote is one that my grandmother told my mother, and one that my mother told me:
Don't Get Mad. Get What You Want.
If something isn't the way you want it to be, however big or small, go out and make the change. You don't have to get mad about it. You can be polite. But go after what you want in life. This quote has made all the difference for me in giving me the courage to speak up in life.
